When you're in pain, you're not really living - your surviving

This program is for you if:

  • You might have tried many types of treatments - physiotherapy, osteopathy, chiropractor, stretching, strengthening… But no matter how hard you try - nothing seems to work long-term. You always end up back in pain.

  • Your lower back doesn’t just hurt - it feels tense, guarded, and tired - like it’s been carrying too much for far too long.

  • You plan your movements around your back. How to get out of bed, how to bend, how to sit, how long you can stand. This leaves you constantly calculating, protecting, and bracing - instead of being free to live and move through your day.

  • You might find yourself wondering:
“What if it'll just get worse over time?”
“Am I slowly losing the body I used to know?”
“How much more would I keep missing if my back keeps limiting me?
“What if I stay trapped in this cycle forever?”

  • You’re tired of managing symptoms.
    Tired of chasing fixes.
And what you really want is to feel safe, and at home in your body again - steady, supported, and able to move free of pain or fear.
Yes, I’m ready to feel free again!

If everything else failed you…

If you’ve tried many methods and nothing seems to work, please know this:

The real problem is not your body or your capabilities. It’s simply the way you’ve been trying to fix it.

Most methods only scrape the surface and chase symptoms - they don’t resolve the real problem at its root cause.

There are hidden blind spots and misconceptions that keep your back stuck in pain… and until you don't know and address them - nothing can change.

This is why what we’re doing in this course is so different - and why it has led to so many success stories. It doesn’t rely on the same old methods that so often fall short.

Instead, through mindful, gentle movement, it teaches your body to move in a way that feels natural and healthy - a way that stops overstraining your back, allows it to unload, free itself, feel safe again, and regain mobility.

That's when healing stops feeling out of reach, or like you're investing so much effort, yet seeing very little results. Instead, it becomes powerful, gentler, kinder - and far more effective.

When you're back no longer runs your life

As you move through this step-by-step program, your body will be given the right conditions to change - slowly, safely, and with care.

And then, this is what people begin to experience:

  • No more tiptoeing around pain. The pain and tension dissolves, and movement no longer feels risky.

  • The first time in a long while your lower back starts to relax, not because you forced it - but because it finally feels safe.

  • You stop thinking about your back all the time. You get out of bed, bend, sit, walk - and only later realize you didn’t brace, calculate, or hold your breath.

  • You gain a new relationship with movement: fluid, intuitive, and free of tension or stiffness.

  • There's moments throughout your day where you suddenly feel grounded, tall, and centered, without even trying. Like you’ve finally come home to yourself.

  • You feel your nervous system shift out of constant stress, anxiety, over-activation, or a triggered fight-or-flight mode - replaced by a deep sense of calm, safety, and grounded presence, creating the exact conditions your body needs to heal and finally become supple and pain-free.

Hear Why Top Rehabilitation & Movement Experts Trust This Approach

In this short video, you’ll hear from Charlie Brittain - a specialized rehabilitation expert and clinical sports therapist - sharing why this program’s method is so unique and so effective.

What Makes This Approach So Different and So Effective

What you’ve read above isn’t coincidence, and it’s not magic either. The remarkable changes people experience through this practice are deeply supported by science. Decades of research show that gentle, awareness-based movement can spark profound changes in the brain and as a result in your movement and overall well-being - leading to real, measurable change.

Studies have consistently found that the Feldenkrais Method is highly effective for:

Alleviating chronic lower back pain – studies show Feldenkrais significantly reduces both the intensity and recurrence of lower back pain by addressing the root cause for the pain - and removing it all together.

Improving mobility, posture, balance, and coordination – Feldenkrais helps your body move with greater ease and range, so everyday actions like walking, bending, or turning feel lighter and more natural. It enhances your alignment and stability, making movement feel more fluid, confident, and supported.

Enhancing focus and mental clarity – as your body learns to move with greater ease and awareness, your nervous system learns something most of us were never taught: how to focus. Scientific studies shown that Feldenkrais can improve attention and concentration, sharpening how you think and stay present - which many people notice as more energy, productivity, and presence.

Regulating stress at its source - when your nervous system is constantly in a heightened, fight-or-flight state, no amount of willpower or relaxation techniques can bring lasting calm. Feldenkrais works directly on a nervous system level - shifting you from sympathetic activation into the parasympathetic “rest, repair, and restore” mode. This transition is what allows the body to truly relax, heal, and recover, and also creates a deep and lasting anti-stress effect.

Everything You Need to Truly Change Your Back - all in one place

The program is a carefully designed, all-in-one journey - offering the tools, guidance, structure, and support your body needs to move out of pain and into real change. Here’s how you’ll be supported inside the program:

A clear, step-by-step path to free your back that's easy to follow

A self-paced journey designed to meet you where you are.

With video lessons that are easy to follow, no matter what your background in movement.

Short, gentle movement sessions guide you progressively - so your body can change without force, pressure, or overwhelm.

Personal support from experts as you move through this journey

In addition to your lifetime access to all of the material of the course, for your first three months, you’ll also get free access to the private support space inside the FATHOM HIGH Tribe - where you can ask questions, get guidance, and receive help from Meytal and a team of experts, certified Feldenkrais teachers.

You won't be left alone to figure things out - support is there whenever you need it, as you move through the Back Journey at your own pace.

Access to the Tribe is included for free for the first three months so you can feel fully held while you settle into the work.

Full movement makeover to support your back further

Alongside the Back Journey, you’ll receive full access to all the Fathom High Tribe resources for 3 months for free.

This comes with a rich, carefully curated library of movement lessons created for a wide range of physical challenges.

Like GPS for physical freedom - you simply tell the library where you are, whether it's a stiff neck, tight ankles or anything else - and it will lay out for you a simple, easy to follow series of lessons to tackle that specific challenge.

Bonus 1: Lower Back Pain SOS Kit

A practical, calming resource for moments when pain flares up.

This additional mini course will teach you what not to do when your back is irritated, what helps pain pass more smoothly, when rest is supportive, and when gentle movement is the right choice - including a specific lesson designed for those moments.

The Often-Overlooked Areas That Quietly Affect Your Back - And How the Course Address Them

Lower back pain rarely exists in isolation. Many people who struggle with their lower back also carry tension, stiffness, or pain in their neck, shoulders, or hips - sometimes for years.

These areas don’t just coexist with back pain; they often quietly influence how much load the lower back is carrying, and how easily it can change.

That’s why this journey doesn’t focus on the back alone.

That's why alongside the entire core program of lessons for your back, you’ll also receive targeted support for these key areas - to ease their own discomfort and to remove hidden obstacles that can otherwise hold your back in old patterns. This way, your whole body can reorganize together, and healing doesn’t have to fight against anything else.

Bonus 2: Mini-course - Free Your Neck - for stiff and blocked neck

A short mini-course with gentle practices for a stiff, tight, or sore neck.

Since oftentimes, stiffness in the neck ripples into the back and deny it's healthy movement.

Bonus 3: Mini-course - Free hips - dissolve hips stiffness

A focused set of lessons to restore healthy movement in the hip joints.

The hips play a central role in how load moves through your lower back - when they’re stiff or restricted, the back often does more than its share.

Bonus 4: Mini-course - Shoulder ease & mobility - for shoulder pain and stiffness

A gentle mini-course designed to soften shoulder tension and upper-body holding.

When the shoulders brace, the back often compensates - this layer of support helps unwind that pattern and give your back more space to let go.

Bonus course: Meditations in Movement - When Relaxation Feels Out of Reach

A short series of movement-based meditations designed for moments when stillness feels impossible. These practices gently guide your nervous system out of stress and vigilance, helping your body soften, settle, and feel safe again - without forcing relaxation.

hey there, my name is Meytal.

If you're on a healing journey -or longing to move with a freedom you've lost - I feel you. In 2002, a car accident left me injured, stiff, and disconnected from what I loved most: dancing.

It was Feldenkrais that not only healed my body in ways nothing else could -but transformed my movement in ground breaking ways: Improving my movement skills beyond what I imagined was possible for me, allowing me to meet my body with such kindness, playfulness, and child-like curiosity.

This profound healing led me to become a certified Feldenkrais teacher. And after years of devotion and deep physical search, to create my own dance technique: Fathom High.

Fathom High weaves the miraculous healing of Feldenkrais with the creative, expressive power of dance - unlocking a path to movement that is not only free and connected, but deeply alive.

Since then, I’ve devoted my life to helping thousands of movement lovers reclaim their freedom through movement. Helping people move with freedom is not just my passion - it’s the living heart of everything I believe in.

This program is built out of a deep love for Feldenkrais and dance - and a steadfast, unshakable belief that we were all born to walk through this world free, tall, and fully alive.

It’s Normal to Have Questions — Let’s Walk Through Them

Could this method make my back worse?

+

This is such an understandable concern. When you’ve been living with back pain for a while, it can start to feel like everything can make it flare up. And when that’s been your experience, trying something new can feel scary, daunting, or simply unsafe.

The beautiful thing about this work is that it’s designed to meet exactly that place. The movements are very small, slow, and gentle. There’s no pushing, forcing, or stretching past limits. Instead of asking your body to override pain, this practice teaches your system how to feel safe again inside movement - which is often what’s been missing.

To support you even further, everyone inside the Lower Back Journey also has access to a Back Pain SOS Kit - a clear, practical guide for what to do (and what not to do) when flare-ups happen, how to know when it’s safe to move again, and a session for that tender moment.

It helps you respond in those moments without panic or guessing, so your body doesn’t feel like it has to protect itself even more. For many people, this changes their relationship with flare-ups entirely.

What if I need support or adjustments along the way?

+

Yes, absolutely - the program is geared to support you deeply through this journey - you will not be doing this alone…! This isn’t one of those instances where you get thrown into a new practice you are unfamiliar with and left alone to figure it out. Here, for the first three months of the journey, you’ll have access to a community with dedicated support space inside the Fathom High Tribe, where you can ask questions, share concerns, and get guidance whenever something feels unclear.

Inside the community you’ll get your questions answered by me and my team of the Tribe mentors - who are all certified, experienced Feldenkrais teachers who know this work deeply. So if you’re unsure how to adapt a movement for your specific situation, or feel uncertain about anything - you can post there and receive the support you need.

I already go to physio / osteo / chiro. Is this compatible?

+

Yes - absolutely. This work is not here to replace anything that’s already helping you. It integrates very well with physiotherapy, osteopathy, chiropractic care, massage, or medical support.

What this practice adds is something different: it addresses how you move, sense, and respond between sessions, so the benefits of other treatments can settle more deeply into your everyday life. Many people inside the journey combine this work with other forms of support and find that they complement each other beautifully.

I like to exercise / go to the gym. Will I have to stop?

+

No, you don’t need to give up anything you enjoy or that feels supportive to you. This work doesn’t compete with other forms of movement - it helps you become more attuned to your body so you know how to move, when to move, and when rest is actually the wiser choice. Many people notice that once they begin moving with more awareness and ease here, their other activities start to feel safer and more connected too.

I don’t have much time. What if I can’t keep up?

+

When life is full, it’s hard to add anything new. The beautiful thing is that this work isn’t another responsibility. It’s designed to simplify, not overwhelm.

The lessons are short (often 15-20 minutes), and you move at your own pace. Whether that’s a couple of times a week or more often, there’s no falling behind here - only showing up when you’re ready.

I’ve tried so many things already… Why would this be different?

+

This is such a real question, and I feel you on that one (as I’ve been there too once). Many people arrive here after trying stretching, strengthening, physio, yoga, or other somatic approaches - and still feeling stuck. What’s different here is that we’re not trying to fix or override the body. We’re changing movement patterns at their root, through awareness, presence, and softness.

How often would I need to practice to feel improvement in my back?

+

In terms of practice rhythm, many people begin to notice changes by doing 2-3 short sessions a week - feeling more ease in their movement and less reactivity in their back. Of course that practicing more often is welcomed too, if you feel the wish :-) If time is tighter, even two sessions a week can be effective - it may simply take a little longer for the shifts to settle. Ultimately, there’s no rigid pace here. The work meets you where you are and is designed to fit into your life, without overwhelming you.

I don’t have previous experience in movement. Will this even make sense for me?

+

You don’t need any background in movement. This isn’t about performance, it's about returning to your body. Everything inside the Lower Back Journey is designed to meet you exactly where you are.

I’m not always consistent. What if I don’t use it enough?

+

That’s okay. This isn’t a rigid program that demands discipline. It’s a living practice that meets you where you are. There’s room here for rest, return, and re-arrival - and even small, consistent touch points can create meaningful change over time.

Do I need equipment or a lot of space?

No. Just a little space to lie down - and a body willing to listen :-)

I’m worried I’ll get lost. How will I know where to start?

+

This is something I’ve been very intentional about. The journey is structured to remove guesswork and overwhelm. You’ll be guided toward clear starting points depending on what you’re dealing with - whether it’s lower back pain, stiffness, or recovery.

You’re not left to figure it out on your own.

You have a choice before it gets worse

Your body is already asking for help.

If you ignore it, the pain won’t jusat stay the same - it will likely grow. Movement will become harder. Everyday things will feel heavier. And over time, you’ll lose the freedom to be and do what you love, not because you stopped trying, but because your body started protecting you in all the wrong ways.

The longer this goes unaddressed, tension compounds while mobility shrinks. Fear and pain begin to take your life hostage.

But it doesn’t have to be this way.
There is another path. One that's soft, gentle, and deeply effective. That brings people to tears because, for the first time, moving feels so easy and fluid. Being in this body feels so much more whole and alive.

I’ve seen people recover through this method from severe injuries, that doctors said wouldn’t be reversible. And I see this every day: your body is made for freedom. Not for bracing or hurting.

All you need to do is give it the right tools to find its way back to ease and flow.

2-months Money-Back Guarantee

If you complete the program and you still don’t experience a meaningful improvement, you’ll receive a full refund. Just reach out to us in such a case - and we'll set it up for you. So you have nothing to lose - and a whole new way of feeling, moving, and living to gain.
