Day 1: Why Nothing You’ve Tried Has Worked - And What No One’s Telling You About How to Change It

Everything you’ve done to relieve tension, improve mobility, or move with more freedom might be missing one crucial piece - and this session reveals exactly what that is. We’ll explore why things haven’t shifted yet and how real, lasting change actually begins. You’ll be guided through a powerful movement session that lets you feel these ideas come alive in your body, not just understand them in your mind

Day 2: How to Finally Break the Cycle and Move With a Freedom You Never Thought Possible

This is where everything starts to shift. You’ll learn how to apply the principles from Day 1 to unlock a new way of moving - one that’s effortless, deeply connected, and far more powerful than forcing or fixing ever could be. In this session, I also guide you through a movement session to deeply release tension from your lower back, which carries a beautiful ripple effect of releasing and opening through all of your body.

Day 3: Bringing It All Together - The Path to Lasting Freedom in Movement

Here, it all clicks into place, in a session that celebrates a profound homecoming to your body. Together, we’ll explore what it means to return to your truest movement - the one that arises beneath all the stories and expectations. This is where the deeper layers of freedom start to reveal themselves, inviting you into a powerful movement session that will release long held tensions and open a space for deep emotional well-being.

Each session is made up of two essential parts: a talk, and a movement session. The talk is where the real breakthroughs happen - without listening to it, nothing in your movement will change… So it’s highly recommended not to skip that part. The movement session is where you’ll feel those breakthroughs being applied to your movement. And of course - don’t skip the movement session - as without it also nothing would be able to change… 

If you have joined live, you’re warmly invited to revisit the movement sessions. Many people find that the biggest breakthroughs happen the second time they explore the same lesson
