If you're on a healing journey, or longing to move with a freedom you've lost, I feel you. In 2002, a car accident left me injured, stiff, and disconnected from what I loved most: dancing.


It was Feldenkrais that not only healed my body in ways nothing else could, but transformed my movement in ground breaking ways: Improving my movement skills beyond what I imagined was possible for me, allowing me to meet my body with such kindness, playfulness, and child-like curiosity. 

This profound healing led me to become a certified Feldenkrais teacher. And after years of devotion and deep physical search, to create my own dance technique: Fathom High.

Fathom High weaves the miraculous healing of Feldenkrais with the creative, expressive power of dance, unlocking a path to movement that is not only free and connected, but deeply alive.

Since then, I’ve devoted my life to helping thousands of movement lovers reclaim their freedom through movement. The Tribe is not just my passion, it’s the living heart of everything I believe in.
